Sweet Potato Brownies (v, gf)

    • 1 ½ cup cooked sweet potato

    • 1 cup almond butter

    • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    • dark chocolate chips (dairy free) (optional)

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper.

    2. Mix ingredients together

    3. Add to pan evenly.

    4. Bake 20-25 minutes.

    5. Let brownies cool completely.

    6. Slice and enjoy! Store in fridge.
